 i've adored Hamtaro since I was a kid, i think it came to the states when i was around ... 8 years old? give or take? the show didn't air often enough, but omg it was so charming! bijou, panda and little bitty penelope were definitely my favorite little hams, but i think i liked basically all of the characters ( maybe except for Howdy, i thought he was annoying lmfao ) they had these really cute little mini figure sets, some like this one below (not my image). the figures themselves weren't straight up plastic, which made them a little nicer to play with, they were maybe some sort of firm rubber-ish material, but this meant the figures would fade or get dirty pretty easily or yellow over time   |
